I use a combination of Reiki and Vibrational Sound Therapy to help ground and cleanse your energy system, balance out the chakras, and bring you into a state of heart-mind coherence. These sessions are deeply relaxing and 100% tailored to each individual’s needs. I use gentle hand placements, crystals, and a variety of tuning forks, singing bowls, drums, and other and hand-selected instruments to open up energetic blockages and balance out the energy system. I channel healing light language during these sessions as well, adding a vocal frequency specific for your energetic needs. Afterwards, I’ll explain any findings and go over any guidance received from your higher-self. 90-minutes.

Vibroacoustic Therapy uses sound vibrations to promote healing and wellness. In this treatment, the client lays on a bed outfitted with transducers that convert low frequency sound waves into vibrations. You’ll select a VAT musical track to both listen to and feel as you lie immersed in sounds and vibrations. VAT brings on deep relaxation in only 30 minutes. VAT has been shown to improve sleep and cognition, reduce pain, and lower blood pressure. It’s being studied and used as a complementary therapy for individuals with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and more. VAT is beneficial for many people, including children, but it’s not appropriate for those with pacemakers, low blood pressure, blood clots, bleeding disorders, who are pregnant, or who’ve had recent surgery.
